The Function’s event space features a private balcony with uninterrupted ocean views of Glenelg beach. In addition, our generous balcony size gives you the option to expand your Christmas in July party to an indoor-outdoor event, if the weather suits! With the doors fully opening, you have full climate control – opening to capture the beautiful beachy breeze, or closing during those colder Adelaide days and nights. The Function, Glenelg recently teamed up with Routleys Bathroom Kitchen Laundry for their 65th Birthday Celebration! The doors were locked, allowing guests full access to 2 levels of live entertainment, rides and games. Fully catered and specially licensed with amazing canapes, cocktails and wines, this event was an exclusive lock-in for 500 of Routleys’ staff members and clients. Similar events are suitable for 100-1,000+ guests!
